The most succinct definition is that the Nexus Q was a media streaming device that acted as a receiver for audio and video content - think Chromecast meets Chromebook Audio…sort of. It was similar in ways to current streaming boxes, except much more limited and with an emphasis on providing hi-res sound via a built-in amp.

Instead of having its own navigable OS, the Q could only be controlled from an Android tablet or smartphone. If you didn’t own one, you were out of luck. Google Glass (Image: Google Glass, Other) Did I mention it cost $US300 ($416)? Google Glass Worse yet, the Nexus Q could only stream from Google-owned services (Google Music, Google Play, and YouTube), meaning it lacked support for some of the most popular streaming apps, including Netflix and Spotify. Oh, how fun it is to joke about Google’s most public failure. Google Glass may one day be viewed through a clearer lens as the first foray into what could be the future of computing. Until then, it will be remembered as an ugly pair of glasses that sold for $US1,500 ($2,082) and gave everyone the creeps for its ability to record people without them knowing.

Glass’ demise was caused by a series of failures, not any one reason. If there was a final blow, it was controversy surrounding the built-in camera, which made people fear their privacy was being violated. This reply was modified 8 years, 4 months ago by Sparky.Glass was banned from theatres, bars, and restaurants, and at least one tech reporter was reportedly physically assaulted for wearing it outside of a bar.Ĭoncerns about how people were using Google Glass led to the endearing term “glasshole,” which you can probably decipher yourself. They can be found on the masterthread here if you’re interested: I did not bother adding Peach’s Untold Tale or Corta’SPLATFORMER as they onli have furry concepts/characters through character selection, and not actual furries in the games themselves. There are also events to go with this as well. Its got a slew of new animations, mostly all of them much less clunky. Its a polished version with a new gameplay style of the old LoK games.

“Legend of Krystal – Version G” ~By Gorepete No one was exactly specific on what you guys were looking for. Although the main character isn’t furry, you’ll find Elves, Demi’s (half furries), more monsters and animals in this game. You breed monsters that look inspired from LoK or the Hyrule Universe.

Also the same person who does some of the work for Project X: Love Potion Disaster does most of the art (if not the game) for this game. Its slightly buggy but there are a decent amount of animations. The game is still undergoing lots of changes now, but so far one of my absolute favorites. Also the humor is just as good, if ever so slightly campy- yet still takes a nod to the original games. Semi-Furry game with ‘Pokémorphs’ and similar game mechanics to the game we grew up with. NOTE: NOT ALL THESE ARE ‘PURE FURRY’ GAMES LIKE YOU WOULD FIND WITH CROWJOB OR HTH, But I list them in generalization of the furry population, or released by them.
